Job Description
BOI is looking for a People & Operations Trainee to support the operational backbone of the company, driving hiring, resourcing, and operational processes. The ideal candidate is curious, sharp, adaptable, and excited to learn what it takes to support a high-performing team across Europe and the US.
Requirements
- Support resourcing and staffing across global client projects
- Help drive hiring end to end
- Be the go to point of contact for our teams in Europe and the US
- Keep operational processes running smoothly
- Experiment with AI tools to make people ops faster, smarter, and more scalable
- Support the broader operations team on ad hoc projects and initiatives
