Job Description
We're seeking an Operations Innovation Lead to redefine operational excellence in healthcare by translating daily operational friction into structural solutions, redesigning planning, production, and clinical coordination systems, and improving scalability of production and operations. The role involves bridging execution with strategic design, improving end-to-end operational processes, and embedding oneself within teams to build trust and understanding.
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of relevant experience in fast-scaling environments
- Experience in hardware scale-ups, manufacturing, mobility, logistics, or e-commerce operations
- Proven experience improving end-to-end operational processes
- Experience launching or implementing operational or digital tools
- Entrepreneurial ownership, analytical and practical skills
