Requirements

• Relevant university/college education in building construction, property economics, or other equivalent education
• 1-3 years of experience in similar work within the property sector
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
• Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing, both in Swedish and English
• Good analytical ability
• Driving license B
