Alumni Coordinator

Boca Recovery Center is seeking a passionate and organized Alumni Coordinator to oversee post-treatment support for clients. This role focuses on engaging alumni, promoting re-admission efforts, and building relationships to foster lasting recovery. The Coordinator will be responsible for intake, outreach, program coordination, and reputation management.

Requirements

• Maintain regular outreach for at least one year post-discharge.
• Track all interactions and follow-up tasks using Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Facilitate weekly alumni group meetings.
• Review BHT-submitted intake forms for accuracy.
• Coordinate with admissions and clinical teams on re-admission support.
• Build rapport with clients to ensure a smooth transition.
• Develop strategies to strengthen alumni involvement and participation.
• Monitor alumni well-being and identify those in need of re-engagement.
• Encourage alumni and family members to leave reviews on Google
• Support re-entry into care.
