Clinical Director

Boca Recovery Center, a nationally recognized provider of addiction treatment and mental health services, is seeking a Clinical Director to oversee and lead a clinical team. The role involves ensuring high-quality treatment, regulatory compliance, staff development, and client outcomes. The position reports to the Director of Clinical Services.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical supervision within behavioral health or substance abuse treatment settings.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active clinical license in the State of Florida.
• First Aid and CPR certification (may be required).
