Clinical Director

Boca Recovery Center is seeking a Clinical Director to lead their clinical staff, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based treatment for clients with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. The role involves establishing clinical policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, fostering a collaborative environment, and overseeing client progress. The position reports to the Clinical Director and focuses on leading clinical staff and ensuring client outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical supervision within behavioral health or substance abuse treatment settings.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active clinical license in the State of NJ is required.
• First Aid and CPR certification may be required.
