Job Description
Job Coach (m/w/d) Full-time position at a large provider of education, with a friendly, multicultural team and a 39-hour week. The job involves counseling and individual case assistance, developing a life and career perspective with participants, and activating participants through reflection and processing of previous application documents.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or academic degree
- At least two years of work experience in job coaching and activation of participants in the labor market
- German language skills - fluent in spoken and written word
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
