Requirements
- Completed degree/ completed training with advanced training (formal degree of at least DQR 6) in the field of business administration/personnel management
- Several years of work experience in comparable activity
- Good knowledge of the law in the areas of labor, social, and tax law
- Secure handling of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with digital personnel tools is desirable
- Independent, well-structured work with a hands-on mentality
- A high level of discretion, sense of responsibility, and empathy
- Communication and enforcement strength
