Job Description
As Operational Assistant, you will support the HR leadership through forward-looking organization, professional communication, and structured work on management level.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable HR assistant function in an international company.
- Higher commercial education and/or study (FH/UNI).
- Text security, as well as outstanding linguistic and written expression (German and English).
- High digital competence and affinity for modern technical solutions, secure handling of MS-Office, and ideally experience in project management.
