Job Description
We are looking for a Head of CRM (Cardio-Renal-Metabolic) Sales to lead a team of District Sales Managers and Medical Sales Representatives in shaping and executing the commercial strategy for the CRM business in Poland.
Requirements
- Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or above) in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing sales teams within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
