Job Description
The family business DENK PHARMA operates in over 80 countries, specializing in providing access to healing through high-quality, German-produced products. They are seeking a Head of International Sales to define and achieve sales goals, plan and implement product launches, and build strong relationships with local partners and authorities. This role is demanding and requires strong leadership and strategic thinking.
Requirements
- Successfully completed undergraduate studies (Master's equivalent) in pharmacy, medicine, healthcare, biology, business administration, humanities or international studies
- Demonstrated experience (min. 6 years) in leading management and teams
- Sales and product launch experience, ideally from pharmaceutical products or food supplements in dynamic international markets
- Future-oriented, pragmatic thinking and a good portion of flexibility
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Travel readiness and ‘adventure’ spirit
- Intercultural competence and a desire to encounter different cultures
- Initiative and a ‘go beyond’ mentality
