EWP Shift Supervisor

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Proven skills in a production environment
• Understanding of manufacturing practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well with people and facilitate change and growth
• Availability to work a flexible schedule (swing, graveyard, and relief shifts)
• PC skills
• Supervisory experience (preferable)
• More than 5 years of experience in related job function
