Job Description
Coordinates daily activities of production employees, prepares work orders, and recommends equipment modification. Communicates with plant personnel to aid process improvement and educates machine operators on their contribution to production and quality.
Requirements
- College Degree or equivalent work experience
- Five years supervisory experience in related job function (preferred)
- Proven skills in a production environment with an understanding of manufacturing practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with people
- PC skills essential
