Collections Lead

Our company, Bold, provides payment solutions to micro-entrepreneurs and aims to become a financial and technological services platform for small businesses in Colombia. We're looking for a Collections Lead to lead and supervise the execution of recovery strategies for high-risk portfolios, manage direct relationships with external collection agencies, and optimize internal processes to maximize the return of distressed assets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a collections or risk management role
• Proven track record of success in collections and recovery
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to analyze data and propose improvements to reduce expected losses
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
