We are looking for a Solutions Engineer who acts as the technical bridge between the sales cycle and delivery team, ensuring that every promise made during the sales process is technically sound and accurately estimated.
Requirements
- Technical Foundation: 3+ years in a technical role such as Mobile/Web Development, Product Management, or Solutions Architecture.
- Sales Acumen: Proven experience in a client-facing "Deal Desk" or Sales Engineering capacity within a software agency or product studio.
- Masterful Documentation: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to draft clear, legally-conscious, and technical SOWs.
- Bridge Builder: The ability to "speak engineer" to our developers and "speak business" to our clients.
- Process Oriented: Highly organized with experience using tools like ClickUp, HubSpot, and AI-assisted documentation tools (e.g., Otter.ai, Fireflies, or ChatGPT).
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify potential project risks during the sales phase and mitigate them through better scoping.
