Compliance/ Governance Officer (KYC/AML)

Bolder is an international provider of corporate, private, fund and governance services to a wide array of clients from its offices located around the globe. As part of our rapid expansion in Asia, we are currently searching for a Senior Governance Officer for our Philippines office.

Requirements

• Leading and overseeing a wide range of daily operations within the Governance team
• Drafting, developing and continuously optimizing standardized and bespoke legal documentation
• Managing and enhancing the client onboarding process
• Ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients
• Directing and providing strategic oversight of AML, regulatory reporting and tax compliance services
• Monitoring changes in corporate governance standards, regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Taking the lead in training, mentoring and developing junior team members
• Identifying opportunities to expand Bolder’s governance service offering in Asia
• Representing the company in external forums, industry associations, and regulatory engagements
