Corporate Administrator

The Corporate Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service to clients, handling documentation and resolutions, drafting agreements and resolutions, and supporting compliance and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the offshore financial services industry
• Hold an equivalent degree/ professional qualifications like ICSA (Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrations)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues at all levels
• Able to work using own initiative
• Flexibility, energy and enthusiasm
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• A solution driven attitude to problems
• Good organisational skills and ability to work methodically and accurately
