We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Administrator to join our team, based in our Bratislava office. In this role, you will work directly with international clients across Europe, supporting corporate administration, governance, and legal documentation while building meaningful relationships with clients, advisors, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- University degree in Legal, Business, Economics, or related fields; Legal education is a significant advantage
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in administration, corporate services, financial services, client services, or related fields
- Prior experience with corporate documentation and company administration is highly advantageous
- Experience in an international or professional services environment is a plus
- Fluent English (written and verbal) - essential for international client communication and team collaboration
