Job Description
Boldr is seeking a Customer Advocate to provide exceptional client service in a hybrid environment. This role involves interacting with customers, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping Boldr achieve its mission of connecting diverse people with meaningful work.
Requirements
- Interact with customers to provide accurate and complete information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Work with the external team to stay updated on product knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
