Job Description

The Senior Operations Manager will be a key driver in implementing and improving operational processes, leading the team, and ensuring the company's financial health and growth. This role requires a systems-minded, process-oriented, and performance-focused individual.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in operations, studio management, or as Chief of Staff
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Prior experience working in creative or visual production environments
- Experience as a Project Manager / Operations Lead
- Experience with implementing operational KPIs
- Experience with Financial Data
- Obsessed with systems, accountability, and financial hygiene
- Proven experience building operational systems and scaling internal processes
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Xero, HubSpot, Notion, Toggl, and AI apps
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent communication skills
