Requirements

• 5 years of experience managing U.S. benefits administration
• Deep knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, and applicable state regulations
• Advanced proficiency with Workday Benefits (or equivalent HRIS), ServiceNow, and payroll integrations
