Field Service Representative Intern

As our Field Service Intern, you will be a vital part of our client's service organization and will have the opportunity to be mentored and guided by the on-site Field Services Representative (FSR).

Requirements

• Provide exceptional service to customers
• Work with FSR to address end-user and network escalations
• Perform weekly network testing
• Perform monthly maintenance of network equipment
• Monitor, investigate, and retire equipment alarms
• Generate reports as required
• Other documentation and administrative duties as requested
