Job Description
We’re looking for a Group FP&A Senior Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping Bolt’s strategic and financial direction. In this highly visible position, you will lead the company’s most critical planning cycles, drive meaningful financial insights, and partner closely with senior leadership across all business lines.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of FP&A, investment banking, or corporate finance experience, ideally in multi-market or high-growth tech environments
- Proven expertise leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles with senior stakeholders
- Experience in cash flow budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, and investment scenario modelling
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with dynamic modelling, scenario analysis, and automation capabilities
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail and model accuracy
