Job Description
We’re looking for an analytical and solution-driven Senior Operations Specialist to join our Micromobility team in Latvia. In this dynamic and hands-on role, you’ll manage Bolt’s e-scooter operations and drive business growth and profitability while ensuring our users have a great experience.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Latvian
- Good analytical skills and experience working with software like Excel or Google Sheets
- Interest in shared mobility and new technologies
- Detail-oriented problem solver who takes responsibility for their work
- Ability to work independently and possess strong prioritisation and time management skills
