Operations Manager

Bombardier is seeking a motivated Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of the Aircraft Maintenance department. The role involves managing employees, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety guidelines, achieving financial objectives, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. The position reports to Learjet Inc. and is responsible for aircraft maintenance, including budget, safety, and quality.

Requirements

• 5 years experience in an aircraft maintenance facility with at least 1 year supervisory experience
• Bachelors degree in a related area or equivalent experience
• Accounting and budgeting principals acumen
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Proficient writing and computer skills
