Job Description
Customer Operations Specialist - Finnish-speaking (temporary position) to join BookBeat's team for 16 months as parental leave cover. The role involves solving tricky customer issues, contributing to customer insight projects, and providing excellent customer support in writing and over the phone. The successful candidate will be part of the business development team and report directly to the Head of Customer Operations.
Requirements
- Fluent communication in Finnish and English, with Swedish as a plus
- Curious and proactive problem-solver with a passion for customer service
- Interest in technology and willingness to learn about how BookBeat works
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
