Requirements
- Guide customers in their onboarding of the Eletive platform
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers
- Conduct regular health checks and strategic planning
- Partner with Product and Account Management teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information
- Stay updated on Eletive products and best practices
