Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience
- Deep expertise in designing and scaling distributed systems
- Proven track record of shipping large, complex systems
- Hands-on coding ability in modern languages (Java, C#, Node.js, Python)
- Experience tackling large-scale data, concurrency, and performance optimization challenges
- Strong architectural skills and a bias for execution
