Job Description
GoDaddy is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead technical development for key products. This role focuses on a hands-on, keyboard-driven approach, leveraging AI and automation to improve stability, customer experience, and employee productivity. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in refactoring and instrumenting large codebases, and expertise in AI/automation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role
- Deep, hands-on experience with large, monolithic codebases
- Expert-level knowledge of implementing observability using tools like Datadog, New Relic, or Grafana
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
