The IP Manager is responsible for providing IP support to the company with new product launches and IP queries. The role involves conducting IP reviews, identifying opportunities and risks, and providing support in litigation strategies.
Requirements
- Provide IP support to the company with new product launches and IP queries.
- Review regulatory and patent landscape of products and identify opportunities.
- Conduct IP due diligence evaluations of in-licensed products.
- Provide support in building and implementing IP strategies.
- Drafting and filing of oppositions.
- Prosecution of the client's European patent applications at the European Patent Office (EPO).
- Monitor competitors’ launches, dossiers registrations and IP strategies.
- Support the maintenance of internal Patent database and trackers.
