Job Description
Mentor a team of engineers and CAD designers in substation design projects, manage customer relations and business development, and perform project design and document preparation.
Requirements
- Mentor and schedule work of junior engineers, designers, CAD operators
- Proficient in multiple areas of substation engineering
- Performs and directs project design
- Supervises work and assists in training of division Project Engineers I and II
- Performs basic functions of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
