We are seeking a Systems Engineer, Senior to support the Simulator Common Architecture Requirements and Standards (SCARS) Team in improving cybersecurity and promoting standardization of simulator components. The successful candidate will have experience in Department of Defense simulation and training environments, knowledge of High-Level Architecture, Distributed Interactive Simulation, and Open Mission Systems standards, and a Secret clearance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Department of Defense simulation and training environments
- Experience in applying the Risk Management Framework (RMF), implementing DoD security controls, and supporting system accreditation
- Knowledge of High-Level Architecture, Distributed Interactive Simulation, and Open Mission Systems standards
- Ability to architect, integrate, and manage complex systems across distributed simulation environments
- Ability to provide constructive feedback on SCARS standards
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or Computer Science field
- IAT Level II Certification
