As a Systems Engineer, Senior, you will support the Simulator Common Architecture Requirements and Standards (SCARS) Team and play a pivotal role in improving cybersecurity and promoting greater standardization of simulator components by leveraging a modular open systems architecture.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Department of Defense (DoD) simulation and training environments
- Experience applying Risk Management Framework (RMF), implementing DoD security controls, and supporting system accreditation
- Knowledge of High-Level Architecture, Distributed Interactive Simulation, and Open Mission Systems standards
- Ability to architect, integrate, and manage complex systems across distributed simulation environments
- Ability to provide constructive feedback on SCARS standards
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or CS field
- IAT Level II Certification
