Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the automotive, electric vehicle, or powertrain systems sector
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-value customer relationships and driving sales growth
- Strong technical background, particularly in electric vehicle systems (motors and motor controllers)
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop sales teams
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans that align with the company's vision and market opportunities
- Action-Oriented: Results-driven and proactive, with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering solutions
