2026 Game Events and Services Day of Game Staff

The Game Events & Services Team supports both the Premium Sales and Group Sales teams to execute premium packages and group hospitality by facilitating payments, ticket distribution, food-and-beverage orders, gameday itineraries, and general game day details.

Requirements

• Ability to guide guests through pre-game experiences
• Comfort and composure conducting game day packages and leading various size groups
• Manage the distribution of customized passes, gift bags, ballpark waivers, specialty giveaway items and assist with digital tickets as needed
• Maintain an organized and thorough inventory of required materials for game day packages
• Ensure suites and hospitality spaces are prepared prior to guests’ arrival
