2026 Client Services Day of Game Staff

Responsible for the relationship management of all Premium Memberships and full-season Suites. Provides support for day of game club and suite activities, as well as non-game day events. Interacts directly with Premium Members to provide an extremely high level of quality service.

Requirements

• Available for a majority of Red Sox home games, concerts and other special events from April through the end of the baseball season
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Have a passion and commitment for connecting with people, both external and internal, to form long term relationships through incredible service
• Self-motivator who can adapt/respond to different types of requests on-the-go
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to lead and converse with groups
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 20 pounds
