2026 JetBlue Park Spring Training Customer Service Team

Join the Boston Red Sox Florida Operations Team as part of the Red Sox Spring Training Customer Service team at JetBlue Park. We have a variety of open positions for the 2026 season and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can commit to working the majority of our 18 home Spring Training games as well as additional events with Red Sox Nation! The Customer Service team serves our fans needs from the time they step out of their car until the depart JetBlue Park.

Requirements

• Ability to work most of the 18 home Spring Training games at JetBlue Park from mid-February through late March.
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
