Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking a Store Manager to lead their store in achieving sales goals, recruiting and developing a team, and managing operations like shrinkage and loss prevention. The role emphasizes customer engagement through social media and a blend of organizational skills, delegation, and autonomy. The manager will be responsible for merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a fun and engaging atmosphere for both employees and customers.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
