Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking a Store Manager to lead a store in achieving sales targets, recruiting and developing a team, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves managing daily operations, data analysis, and collaboration with retail leadership. A superhero of retail management with the ability to adapt to new technologies is needed.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- Skills in communication, recruiting, and operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to navigate a fast-changing retail environment
