Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Engineering Engagement team. This role involves managing and onboarding key trade Engineers, essential to our core business operations.
Requirements
- Manage and onboard key trade Engineers
- Maintain and update engineers' qualifications, certifications, and compliance documentation
- Prioritize and manage trade recruitment in key operational areas
- Engage daily with trades personnel and communicate company expectations, processes, and compliance requirements
