Job Description
Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco (BGCSF) is seeking a Program Leader to shape the lives of youth in their community. This role involves developing programs, fostering relationships, and mentoring young participants, with a focus on academic success, healthy lifestyles, and community engagement. The position is offered at multiple club locations and seasonal opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of youth development experience working with youth ages 6-18
- Strong relationships and curriculum creation with youth
- Experience in leadership or mentorship
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to create and follow systems in a fast-paced environment
