Youth Development Coordinator, Floater
No children experience needed, and youth experience preferred. 1 year youth development experience is a plus. Driver's license required
Youth Development Coordinator, On-Call
No prior childcare experience is needed, passion for youth, and basic communication/organizational skills. First Aid/CPR certification is preferred. Bilingual experience is a plus
Education Director
Bachelor’s degree in education or related field, minimum 2 yrs classroom teaching experience, strong classroom management. Must have Red Cross first aid/CPR and driver’s license. Curriculum development and working with diverse student populations are desired
Camp Director
8+ yrs leadership exp. in youth development. Bachelor's degree or relevant experience. FST, First Aid/CPR cert & valid driver's license required
Middle School Director
BA/BS in related field; Valid CA Class C driver’s license; First Aid/CPR certification within 90 days
Program Leader
2+ years youth development experience, strong relationships with youth, and experience in leadership/mentorship. Need strong communication/organization & ability to manage fast-paced environments
Program Leader
2+ yrs youth development exp. Strong MS/MSCE. Solid communication/discipline. Systems/procedures experience
