Job Description
The Donor Database Director is responsible for overseeing the Club’s donor database, tracking and reporting giving trends, and segmenting the database based on data points such as donor gifts, dates, and frequency. The position also involves scheduling, composing, and facilitating tiered communication to donors, including solicitation and recognition.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or certification in a specialty area
- Minimum of two years of related database maintenance experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong database management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
