Teen Development Professional

As a Teen Development Professional with the Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for teens during the school year.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of experience working with youth or teens preferred
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with diverse groups
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
• Able to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
