Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee

We are looking for a Youth Development Associate to plan, implement, and supervise activities for youth, teens, and young children. The ideal candidate has experience working with youth as a Camp Counselor or in a Daycare provider setting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience working with youth
• Knowledge of computers at beginning level of Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems
• Ability to organize and supervise members in a safe environment
