Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee is looking for a Youth Development Associate to assist in planning, implementing, and supervising activities for youth in various program areas. The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience working with youth as a Camp Counselor or in a Daycare provider setting
• Knowledge of computers at beginning level of Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems
• Ability to organize and supervise members in a safe environment
