Requirements
- Assembly of tax returns and financial statements
- General administrative duties including mail and shipping preparation, filing (physical and electronic), client contact updates within software programs
- Coordinate and schedule appointments
- Prepare various written correspondences accurately and timely
- Backup to Receptionist responsibilities
- Familiarity with firm's policies, procedures, computer system and programs
