We are looking for a French & English speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team and make his own contribution to our products.
Requirements
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken
- Proactive person with good support/sales skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage
