Head of Engineering

BrainRocket is a global company creating end-to-end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing. We're looking for a Head of Engineering to lead the technology organization of a partner company dealing with payments, drive product delivery, and continuously evolve our technical platform.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Head of Engineering, Engineering Manager, or Technical Director
• Strong background in software development and system architecture
• Demonstrated success in improving engineering efficiency and organizational maturity
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies, automation, and testing frameworks
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, microservices, AWS, Kubernetes, databases (MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, ClickHouse), and DevOps practices
• Experience in payments, PSP integrations, or fintech is a strong advantage
