Junior Legal Counsel

We are seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to join our expanding legal team. This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented legal professional who wants to grow within a fast-paced, international company and gain hands-on experience across a variety of commercial and corporate legal matters.

Requirements

• Law degree, preferably from a common law jurisdiction.
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience, with relevant exposure to corporate and commercial matters.
• Familiarity with Cyprus corporate and contract legislation.
• Solid understanding of commercial agreements.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and a high sense of professionalism.
• Willingness to learn and develop further expertise in gaming and related legal frameworks.
